These drawings will be transferred to scratch foam and are used to as the basis to create incredible invertebrate ink prints.

When complete students will be able to create a gallery and display artworks to their peers across the state.

This VC will take approximately 1hour.

During the video conference students will create physical examples of invertebrate life cycles. This includes reproducing patterns that provide camouflage on a replicate stick insect egg and by constructing stick insect models made of natural and manufactured materials.

This VC will take approximately 1hour.

The Field of Mars EEC provides the majority of materials for construction of the eggs and stick insects.  Schools will need to supply sticks of various sizes, gum nuts, natural coloured pencils or textas.
